![]() There are occasions when I want a UK address on the PCs in which case I either switch the wifi network it's connected to, or start an OpenVPN client on the PC and it then tunnels through the 'Spanish' router. Other devices like my smart TV, playstation, android TV box connect to the second vpn equipped router and have a UK address for the various TV services. With 2 routers my pcs, tablets etc connect to the 'spanish' router. Unless of course you specifically need a spanish ip address for some occasions, but I can't say that I have come across a need for this yet. Not a problem normally other than a probable reduction in bandwidth. Sure you can use just one router, but it means that in standard dd-wrt/openVPN config everything will go through the tunnel. Sorry for asking (Techno numpty, me) but why are you using 2 routers? Wouldn't the DD WRT one suffice for spanish stuff, as well? I use another router for Spanish stuff as well. ![]() Been working for 4 months now glitch free. ![]() Northandsouth wrote:I use this DD WRT router for uk stuff.Ĭosts a fiver a month and they also set it all up online for me as part of the deal. ![]()
